About Julia

Julia is a professional composer, arranger and writer. She is also a music theory examiner, something that allows her to encourage aspiring musicians. As a composer, she has had pieces played by the BBC Symphony Orchestra, Psappha, the London Symphony Orchestra, Ensemble Atlantica and the Danel String Quartet, among others.

She has taught all ages from primary school children to undergraduates. She has a passion to inspire people of all ages and has recently opened an Etsy shop to inspire beginner pianists by offering accessible, payable arrangements of well-known tunes all including tips to play from scratch!

Julia also offers correspondence lessons in music theory and composition.
